Delivery

Delivery times and costs for our thank you cards can vary, depending on the postage option selected and the card size.

1st class post is available in the UK for our small, medium, and large card sizes and Royal Mail state that items sent via this method should arrive in up to three working days. We also offer a UK Next Day Guaranteed delivery for our cards for anyone in a rush.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is also available for next day delivery 7 days a week for cards ordered before 9.30pm weekdays and 1pm weekends. Royal Mail states that 97% of Tracked 24 deliveries are delivered next but can take up to 3 days.

Airmail delivery is also available for our thank you cards so you can even send your note abroad!

We are dependent on the Royal Mail postal service so seasonally if there are delays with the post this unfortunately can affect the delivery time for our products. See full delivery information here.

Product Info

All Thank You cards are printed in the UK to a high standard. They are made from high quality card, which is both varnished and UV protected.

Cards can be delivered directly to any recipient or sent back to your address (with a free extra envelope for each card) so you can sign and deliver the cards yourself. If you're ordering to send multiple cards back to yourself, all cards are usually sent together.

If selecting a personalised thank you card, depending on the design, you can personalise the front, back and inside pages of the card. All personalised thank you cards can be fully previewed so you can check the front cover, inside messages and back cover once complete, to give you peace of mind that your card will be just as you want it.

Do You Get Envelopes With Thank You Cards?

Blank envelopes are supplied with cards if you select the 'back to yourself' option. For every card you send back to yourself, you will also get a blank envelope.

Can I Bulk Order Thank You Cards?

Yes! You can easily increase the volume and order large quantities of thank you cards, for business or personal use. This works great for new baby, wedding, Christening thank you cards and more. When you're creating your card, simply update the quantity of the card when you're in our editor. Check out our bulk pricing page for more information.

Can I Send Thank You Cards Abroad?

Yes. Cards can be sent to almost anywhere in the world using Royal Mail airmail. This can take longer than standard UK post. Please see delivery information for more details.

How Do I Make My Own Thank You Cards?

Simply browse our thank you card ideas by category and then select your favourite personalised design. You'll be able to use our online editor to upload photos, edit the front cover with a name and/or a special thank you message of your own, as well as add your own note to say thanks inside. You can also add photos to the inside for an extra surprise, or take advantage of our font styling, spell check and photo editing features too.

Is Everything Customisable on a Thank You Card?

It depends on the design you choose. Some thank you cards are fully customisable where you can change all text/photos on the cover, and others allow for customisation of some sections only. We also offer some non-personalised cards, where you can still write on the inside, but the cover isn't editable.

How Do You Upload Photos?

You can upload photos from any device, be it your phone, laptop, tablet or desktop. You can also log into your Facebook or Instagram account to upload photos straight from there.

Why Am I Having Difficulty Uploading Photos to My Card?

There are a few reasons your photo may not be uploading, please check the following things:
- Is your photo a high resolution image? For best printed results, we recommend all images be 300dpi and no less than 1000 Pixels in height or width.
- Is your photo a .jpg file format? If not then we recommend you save it in this format.
- To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first then upload from that location to your card. If you are uploading your image to the website from a flash drive, dongle, digital camera or any other external devices, this could cause problems.
- If you continue to experience difficulties please contact us and we will be happy to help.
