      Our flowers are grown both in the UK and across the world, depending on the season, to ensure they're as fresh as possible.

      You can add a free gift message to any of our flowers to deliver your own personal touch. Perfect for if you wish to send your Valentine a message as a secret admirer.

      Depending on the variety, most flowers will be sent in bud to ensure that the recipient receives the maximum enjoyment from their flowers. So, don't worry if the flowers aren't looking their best straight away.

      Valentine's Flower Delivery

      All our Valentine's flowers are sent via DPD, a UK courier delivery service.

      • DPD will send an SMS message on the day of delivery to the mobile phone number stated on the order to give a 2-hr timeslot for delivery.

      • Next day delivery is available on all Valentine's Day flowers..

      • Orders received by 4pm Monday to Sunday will be delivered the next day UNLESS an alternative future date is selected.

      • Free delivery is available on all flowers over the price of £30 (including plants).

      • Delivery is available Monday to Sunday to mainland UK only.

      • Please note: deliveries can be made at any time between 7am and 7pm.

      • All Valentine's Day flower gifts are packed for freshness in recyclable and protective cardboard.

      Valentine's Bouquet Arrival

      See a few notes and pointers for when our flowers are delivered to your doorstep:

      • All flowers include a "how to care for your flowers" info card so that your Valentine can make sure the flowers last as long as possible.

      • Hand tied bouquets are sent with the stems in a moisture pouch. This should be removed and discarded before following the vase preparation instructions.

      • Our letterbox Valentine's Day flowers are sent dry-packed and so don't have a moisture pouch. The dimensions are 620mm x 183mm x 38mm and are designed to fit through a standard letterbox.

      • It's best to trim the stems on all flowers, pop them in water as fast as possible and then give them some flower food which will also be included in the box.

      How Long Will It Take for My Valentine's Flowers to Be Delivered?

      Your Valentine's Day flowers will be delivered next day, unless you choose a specific future delivery date, your order will be delivered between 7am and 7pm the next day. Please note that next day delivery is only possible on orders placed by 4pm Monday to Sunday. View delivery information for more details as this is subject to change during peak trading.

      Can I Track My Order?

      Yes! You can track your romantic order by including your mobile number in the delivery details. This will ensure you will receive SMS tracking from DPD with a 2 hour delivery window confirmed on the selected delivery date.

      Can I Send My Valentine's Flowers as A Secret Admirer?

      Yes, you can! When you choose your flowers, we do not include any information from the sender. However, there is an option to leave a personalised message on a small card which will be delivered along with the bouquet - ideal for you to leave a sweet message as a secret admirer this February.

      Can I Schedule the Delivery for A Certain Date?

      Yes! When placing an order, we will offer you the option to choose your delivery date. Delivery is available 7 days a week.

      Do the Flowers Come with A Vase?

      Some of our Valentine's Day flowers and bouquets come with a vase or novelty vase such as a watering can or flower basket. For flowers which do not include a vase, these are shipped in cellophane with a moisture packet around the stems to keep them fresh during shipping.

      What Payment Options Can I Use for My Valentine's Flowers Order?

      We accept credit or debit card, as well as a range of secure online transactions including PayPal, Visa, LayBuy and pay by bank app.

      How Are the Flowers Packaged?

      All our Valentine's bouquets are wrapped in a cellophane gift wrap, with some featuring additional colour co-ordinated silk paper. For the letterbox flowers, these are laid flat in a cellophane lined box to keep them safe and allow them to fit through the letterbox.

      How Much Does Delivery Cost?

      For bouquets over £30, you will receive free next day delivery. If your bouquet is under £30, your standard UK delivery will be £5. For more information, see our delivery information.

      How Do I Care for My Flowers?

      Every flower order comes with flower food and an instruction leaflet on how to care for your flowers. They are also shipped with the stems in a moisture pouch to keep them fresh during shipping.       Are Flowers Safe Around Pets?

      While most flowers are completely harmless around pets, there are a few flowers that are extremely toxic to cats and dogs. So, if the person you are sending flowers to has cats or dogs, you should try to avoid the following: Amaryllis, Chrysanthemums, Delphiniums, Gladioli, Irises, Lilies, Peonies, and Tulips. If you're not sure, check the ASPCA website before ordering.

      Are the Flowers Sent as Buds Or In Full Bloom?

      To help you get the maximum lifetime from your flowers, most orders will be sent in bud. This varies based on the type of flower and helps to ensure that the recipient can enjoy them for as long as possible!
